Gate number 27 at Toronto airport. We actually went to the wrong terminal by mistake at first, so it was a nice bonus when we got to the correct one that we were dropped off by a number 27. I'd been looking around Toronto for a few days without finding a number 27 to photograph - so this turned up at just the right time.

Not exactly sure what exactly cost the Tories 27 seats in the UK elections, that warranted this newspaper report. Let's just be glad that it did.

A London bus, parked at Finsbury Park. It wasn't actually on the Number 27 route - it was a W7. But, for some reason, it had a number 27 serial number.

Yes, we've reached the magic number 27 in my series of 27 pictures - and it's the first one to be taken by someone else and emailed to me.
Says KJ...
I was in Boston last weekend and stopped at several historical sites. In the Granary Buriel Ground, which dates back to the mid 1600's, several historical people are buried (including Paul Revere and John Hancock, important figures in the revolutionary war). The grave markers are pretty amazing, and as you will see on the photo, one woman's death occured on December 27th, 1778! The date on the marker caught my eye and I immediately thought of your site.
Thanks KJ!
